Why should I purchase my health and beauty products from MJ Health & Beauty?
Here are some ways we think help us meet the needs of our customers:

• You're getting the best deal possible. We are constantly checking the prices of our competitors, and are always looking for discounts which we pass on to you.
• We only list products which we consider to be the best in their category. We specifically haven't put our entire shop online, just the products we are confident to recommend ourselves.
• You're in charge. Because we rely on you for business, we read every email we receive, and make changes accordingly.
• Our 'store' is always open. You can access this web page 24 hours a day, from home, the office or a friend's place.
• You'll save time. No more waiting in line - you can process your order whenever you want to!
• We're always here to help you. This web site is run by humans, and we understand the frustrations of dealing with faceless companies.
• Our service is discrete. Is it anyone else's business if you are a guy who uses mascara?

Can I return or exchange my purchase?

Of course! If you are not happy with the product then we encourage you to return it to us for a refund or store credit. If the product is faulty then we will gladly exchange it.

Please note that the costs for sending items back to MJ Health & Beauty are the responsibility of the customer. However, if we have made an error and sent you the wrong items we will issue a store credit for any shipping charges the customer has incurred.

To return items to MJ Health & Beauty, please securely pack them in the box you received the items (or similar box). Then, send it to the address below with the word Returns clearly printed on the package.

What are the shipping charges?

What about GST?

All prices are in Australian Dollars, and include GST. For online orders, a tax invoice will be displayed on the screen once your credit card details have been taken. This may be printed for tax purposes.

Please note that the on-screen tax invoice is not indicative of your credit card transaction having been processed.

What about orders outside Australia?

International orders are not subject to the Australian GST, which means an approximate additional 9% saving! We also encourage you to take advantage of a weaker Australian Dollar.

We are currently accepting international orders, although as of yet we have not automated the postage calculations. Please see our Shipping page for more information

Please note that for credit card transactions we will be processing the transaction in Australian Dollars, and the actual conversion will be done by your bank.

For money orders and other payment methods, a price will be negotiated and agreed apon beforehand.

Please note that we can dispatch the goods only on clearance of money orders or receipt of payment.

MJ Health & Beauty reserves the right to request another form of payment (eg direct deposit) for all orders, including international orders, without having to give an explicit reason.

Tutorial - Using this Site

Browsing
Browsing the MJ Health & Beauty site is easy! Simply select the category you would like to browse from the Shop menu (highlighted below), and the products will be displayed. If there are more than one page of products, you can change pages using the < 1 2 3 > buttons.

Clicking on the picture or name of any product will bring up a detailed description screen (see below). From here, you can add this item to your shopping cart, or continue browsing with the "Back" button, by selecting a category from the Shop menu (see above), by searching (see Searching), or by clicking on the 'breadcrumb' menu at the top of each screen.

Searching
Searching for a product can be done from anywhere in the MJ Health & Beauty site. On the left hand side of the screen there is a Search box (highlighted below), where you can enter words (similar to a search on Google). For example, to search for a nail cream with vitamin E, you could type "nail cream vitamin E" in the search box, then click Go.

If you click on the Advanced Search button you will be shown a screen that lets you limit your searches to a particular product range.

Your Shopping Cart
The MJ Health & Beauty website uses a 'shopping cart' analogy to help you order products online: You browse the products, adding items to your shopping cart by clicking the 'Add to Cart' button. When you are finished shopping you make your way to the 'Checkout' to pay for everything.

If you have started shopping, a summary of your shopping cart will be displayed in the top right corner of your screen (see below). You can click the 'View Cart' button to review and adjust the products in your shopping cart. The Checkout button will take you to the checkout, where you enter delivery and payment information.

Adjusting your Shopping Cart's Contents
Clicking 'View Cart' will bring up a screen similar to the following:

From this screen you can:

• Remove an item from your shopping cart: Click the 'Remove' checkbox next to the product you wish to remove, and then click 'Update Cart.' The product will be removed from your shopping cart.
• Change the quantity of an item: Change the value in the 'Quantity' column to the quantity you would like to order, then click the 'Update Cart' button
• Save the contents of your shopping cart: This is useful if you would like to complete the order later. Alternatively, you may decide that you will want to order this combination of products again in the future.
• Continue shopping.
• Go to the Checkout and finalise details of your order.

The Checkout
Finalising your order at the Checkout is as easy as 1... 2... 3!

Step 1: Delivery Address
Once you have clicked the Checkout button you will be taken to a screen which asks you for your address and delivery address (see below). If the delivery address is the same as your address then you can leave the Shipping fields on the right-hand side blank.

Step 2: Confirm Order Details
Here you receive a final summary of your order, with taxes and shipping adjusted according to where the order is being sent (see below). From this screen you can either click Review Order to create a form which can be printed and mailed/faxed to us, or you can click Continue and proceed to our secure server and enter your credit card details.

Step 3: Payment Details
This screen is where you enter your credit card details. Your payment information is transferred via SSL to our secure server (notice the padlock icon in your browser window). Enter your payment details and click Continue.

Your order is complete, and you will be shown a screen which can be printed and used as a Tax Invoice. Additionally, an email will be sent to you confirming your order has gone through.
