Australian orders are shipped via Australia Post standard mail. For alternate arrangements, please feel free to contact us directly.

Cost
Shipping is free for Australian orders over $55.00. Otherwise, a flat rate of $5.50 applies.

Delivery Time
Delivery usually takes 2-3 days to metropolitan areas. Orders being shipped to regional Australia take an extra 1-4 days.

International (outside Australia)
Orders shipped internationally are sent by default via Australia Post Standard Airmail. If you wish to have your package sent by another means (Sea/Land, Economy Air, EMS, etc) please let us know. We will adjust the postage charge accordingly.

Note that MJ Health & Beauty is not responsible for any customs duty due at the destination. It is the customer's responsibility to be aware of any potential costs. However, we have experience sending parcels all over the world, and will do our best to ensure your package reaches you.

Also note that we charge your credit card in Australian Dollars. Your bank will convert the amount into your local currency at their current exchange rate, and may charge you for this service. Both the Australian amount and the converted amount should appear on your credit card statement. Please check with your bank.

Cost
For international orders we just charge you what we get charged by the post office. Unfortunately this means that we can't tell you exactly what the cost for postage will be at the time you place your order. Shipping costs will appear as "T.B.A." on your online confirmation.

However, at your request we can hold your order until we can work out the postage costs and email you back. This will most likely incur an extra one to two days to the delivery time, as we check the cost, email you and wait for your confirmation. Alternatively, you can email us beforehand and we can try to work out the postage costs before you place an order.
